Stark Law-Compliant Shop

As part of our existing B2B solution, healthcare providers can earn from product sales through our unique Stark Law-compliant shop.

  • Doctors are not allowed to promote a third-party company to the patients and receive a benefit from that company – this breaks Stark Law.

  • Henry Schein, one of our strategic partners, has an approved solution and RxSpark has developed the technology to build a Stark Law-compliant shop.

  • This allows doctors to promote the shop to their patients and earn from their sales.

  • Doctors – 250,000

  • Dentists – 180,000

  • Chiropractors - 60,000

In summary, our existing B2B solution means we have a growing network of engaged providers already active in our B2B ecosystem. The next stage of our B2B model is the launch of a dedicated health supplies shop, leveraging our access to healthcare provider networks and our experience integrating Strategic Product Partners (SPPs) into the platform. This B2B store will allow healthcare businesses to source medical and clinical supplies directly from suppliers through a streamlined, centralized platform.
